Quotation

Terms & Conditions:

1. This quotation shall be valid for 30 (thirty) days as of the date of its submission to the Client.
2. PO / SPK / Guarantee Letter should be released 1 (one) day at the latest before the work starts.
3. Cancellation and/or rescheduling beyond 12.00 pm D-1 will be charged at 100% of the project value.
4. Cancellation and/or rescheduling beyond 12.00 pm D-2 will be charged at 50% of the project value.
5. Rescheduling and cancellation on the D-day will be charged at 100% of the project value.
6. For Online & Hybrid event support, rescheduling and cancellation shall be no later than 05.00 pm D-3. Cancellation beyond 05.00 pm D-3 will be charged at 50% of the project value.
7. Cancellation during translation or editing process will be fully charged.
8. The Client agrees that any changes it requests upon the project may or may not change the cost and/or price of the same project.
9. Full payment must be paid within 14-30 working days after the event and/or completed translation.
10. Interpreters are not permitted to work on document translation and/or note taking of an event (meeting, workshop, etc).
11. For interpreting and services, intercity transportation, F&B and accommodation costs are chargeable to the client.
12. Public holiday and weekend support will be charged IDR 500,000 per interpreter per day.
13. Loss or damage to translation equipment(s) caused by client(s) or event participant(s) will be charged a fee of IDR 1,000,000 per pc (minimum charge).
